COOKIES
Vanilla Cookie Base
Self-raising flour, unsalted butter, light brown sugar, plain flour, white caster sugar, eggs, cocoa, vanilla essence, salt, baking powder.
Flavour additive will make up approx. a further 300g or 30% of ingredients - Biscoff, Oreos, chocolate chips (milk, dark, white & caramilk), M&M’s, Malteser, Kinder bueno chocolate, hazelnut spread, sprinkles, Nutella, salted pretzels, pistachio.
Strawberry spread & white chocolate spread - St Gerry’s.
Red Velvet Cookie
White chocolate chips, flour, unsalted butter, brown sugar, caster sugar, eggs, cocoa, baking powder, red food colouring, salt, bicarbonate soda, vanilla extract.
Quadruple Choc Cookie
Mixed chocolate chips, flour, unsalted butter, brown sugar, caster sugar, eggs, cocoa, baking powder, salt, bicarbonate soda, vanilla extract.
Gingerbread & Caramilk Cookie
Caramilk chocolate chips, flour, brown sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, ground ginger, baking powder, vanilla, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, baking soda, salt.
Cookie may be made with Biscoff centre, in this case Biscoff will make up approx. a further 20% of ingredients.
Pistachio & Cranberry Cookie
Flour, unsalted butter, brown sugar, white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, pistachio, eggs, caster sugar, vanilla, corn starch, baking soda, salt.
BROOKIES
Vanilla cookie base ingredients are mixed with the following - flour, chocolate chips, brown sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, caster sugar, cocoa, baking powder, corn starch, vanilla, salt.
Brookie may be made with choc hazelnut Nutella centre, in this case Nutella will make up approx. a further 20% of ingredients.
Please note Kinder Bueno, Nutella & Pistachio cookies will contain common allergens, hazelnuts and pistachios.
All cookies contain egg & dairy products - chocolate and butter.
Red velvet will contain red gel food colouring.
Cookie flavours changes regularly with limited edition flavour drops.

Churro & Strawberry Cookie
In addition to ingredients in Vanilla cookie base these cookie also uses Cinnamon (Churro cookie)
& dried strawberry powder (Strawberry dark choc cookie).
Chocolate Oreo
Plain flour, brown sugar, unsalted butter, sugar, black cocoa powder, crushed Oreo biscuits, eggs, vanilla essence, baking sode, baking powder, salt.
BROWNIES & BLONDIES
Bronut Base
Light brown sugar, unsalted butter, dark chocolate, chocolate chips, eggs, plain flour, cocoa powder.
Brownie Base
Dark chocolate, unsalted butter, brown sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa, salt, vanilla extract.
Chocolate & other toppings will make up approx. 30% additional ingredients - mixture of milk, dark, white and caramilk.
In addition, mixed chocolate bars to top depending on selected flavour, Nutella, Biscoff, hazelnut spread, crushed peanuts, pistachios, coconut, sprinkles.
All brownies contain egg & dairy products - chocolate and butter
Blondie
Flour, brown sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, chocolate chips, caster sugar, vanilla, corn starch, salt, baking powder.
Chocolate & other toppings will make up approx. 30% additional ingredients - mixture of milk, dark, white and caramilk chocolate as well as mixed chocolate bars and biscuits (Oreos, Biscoff, Tim Tam.)

Malteser Slice
Maltesers, milk chocolate, coconut oil, scotch fingers or alternate plain biscuit, sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter, vegetable Oil.
Rocky Road
Chocolate, mini marshmallows, mixed gummy lollies, scotch fingers or alternate plain biscuit, mixed chocolate bars, desiccated coconut.
Dessert Balls
(Tim Tam, Lemon Coconut or Caramilk Coconut)
Tim Tam’s (original milk or white) sweetened condensed milk, scotch finger biscuits or alternate plain biscuit, caramilk chocolate, desiccated coconut, lemon juice & lemon grind, unsalted butter.
All dessert balls contain milk.
Caramel Cornflake & Rice Krispies
Caster sugar, thickened cream, mini marshmallows, rice krispies OR cornflakes, unsalted butter, salt, vanilla extract.
*Caramel Cornflake roll will be made with a Nutella or Biscoff centre & topped with chocolate and crushed Maltesers.
